Why is it that every time I see a commercial for a handyman app where the person is having a little trouble getting their toilet to flush properly, my memories gush forth with a singular vision of a little man in a boat floating in the toilet tank. The most disturbing part is that I am left with no satisfaction. My comical vision of the next scene with the man rowing is completely flushed away.
